PUBLIC NOTICE
A Request for Information (RFI) has been issued by the Rowan County Fiscal Court at the Rowan County Courthouse, Office of Rowan County Judge Executive at 600 West Main Street, Morehead, KY 40351, to receive information from qualified respondents as to the installation of broadband network in un/underserved areas of Rowan County.

Responding to the RFI is not a guarantee of a contract award. Further, there is no guarantee an RFP will be developed as a result of this RFI. The County reserves the right to withdraw the RFI or any subsequent RFP, or to decline to award a contract.
Responses to this RFI are due by June 3, 2024 and may be submitted electronically to steverichmond@rcky.us.
