Smile (Big Brushy)

Smile- on Cranston on KY 785 and Big Brushy Creek, 5 miles northwest of Morehead.

According to tradition, when this small Kentucky town decided to petition for a post office and learned that it had been granted, everyone smiled. No longer would they have to travel six to eight miles to pick up their mail.
