Halloween Decorating Contest Returns

For the second year in a row, Judge Harry Clark would like to invite all the people of Morehead and Rowan County to participate in our Halloween Decoration Contest. Any resident or business is welcome to join in on the fun.

 You have the opportunity to win bragging rights - as well as some really nice prizes including a:

·         Weekend Getaway at Cave Run Cabins

·         Night at the Comfort Inn and Suites

·         $100 Morehead-Rowan County Tourism Gift Basket, personally donated by the Judge

·         $100 Visa Gift Card, personally donated by the Judge

·         Prizes will be awarded to residences only, although business will be judged as well in a separate category.

We were blown away by last year's participation, and we'd love to see even more this time around.
