Roadside Litter in Rowan County

These are photos of trash collected along a 1.7 mile stretch of roadside on HWY-519 yesterday. Crews from the Rowan County Fiscal Court and Detention Center go out weekly to clear your roadsides of litter and debris. Unfortunately, we often find these roadsides in the same poor shape a week after we clear them. Please refrain from littering your roadways and dispose of your trash responsibly.
