Rowan County Hires Justin Caudill as Building Inspector, Rodney Perkins for Maintenance

On July 18th, the Fiscal Court voted to hire Justin Caudill as building inspector for Rowan County. We will be working over the next few months to develop a building inspection program. We believe his experience and talents make him an excellent candidate for the position. Welcome to the team!
