Gateway Area Development District Provides Free Meals for Seniors

Did you know that seniors qualify for a free meal prepared locally by the Gateway Area Development District Regional Kitchen? Visit the Rowan County Senior Center at 200A Heritage Place here in Morehead for free lunch for seniors every weekday. Additionally, the Gateway Area Development District’s MotorMeals program provides free senior meals at various locations across the district. The program launched at the beginning of last year, and since then, they have served over a thousand seniors and provided over six thousand meals.
